We recommend you plan your arrangements carefully to avoid changes to your itinerary once booked. One amendment will be made free of charge. All changes and alterations to bookings after the first one will incur a fee of USD$50.

The information contained in these roundtrips  may alter from time to time due to changes that are beyond the control of the operators and their agents. These changes may effect prices, duration of tours, itineraries, contents, etc. Information contained in these roundtrips has been carefully checked and to the best of our knowledge is correct at the time of going to press. Prices and conditions of travel are subject to change without notice.

Prices may vary due to the period, number of clients and other variable, for exact price please contact one of our operators 

Should any difficulties not be resolved with our local operators as they occur and you wish to lodge a claim, this must be made in writing with supporting documentation  and within 30 days of completion of our services. No claim received outside this period will be considered. No refund is given where services have been cancelled or not utilised after departure . mediterranean travel expert does not authorise the employee of any overseas supplier to promise refunds to clients on our behalf.

A deposit of $250 per person is required for bookings up to $2000.00. Bookings over $2000 per person will require a 15% deposit rounded to the nearest hundred. All deposits must be received within 7work days of confirmation of booking and invoice issue.
